Great staff, Nice clean room, A good night's sleep.
The accommodation was fantastic. The price was suitably affordable, bearing in mind the location is in a prime location within London. Friendly and very welcoming staff, they take pride in the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel. I booked a twin room and was on the top floor of the hotel. Everything needed was available. All fixtures and decoration within the room was sound and fit for purpose. The room was compact with a small bathroom, but again, everything very solid and well maintained. The owners make a real effort to provide great hospitality. I Had a good night's sleep. Very quiet area. No issues. No dining facilities, but with earls court road in close proximity, there is plenty of choice to eat out. Lovely staff and well managed, would definitely stay again.

It's a basic hotel close to the underground, which makes it easily accessible. Good price.

Delightful staff and excellent location
The staff at the Westbury looked after us so well. They were just so kind and friendly and it made our stay so special. The location is also fabulous - super close to excellent transport links, shops, restaurants & attractions (museums, Kensington Gardens…).

Very comfortable stay in good location
Very clean; good location close metro station (Earls Court); good bed, no bed bugs; very silent, super nice staff!
